MONDAYS...

A relaxed and friendly social group for parents, carers, and young children. Whether you’re looking to connect with others, enjoy a chat, or simply get out of the house, this group is the perfect place to unwind.
 
FOR Parents/carers with children aged 0-5 years

A supportive space for perimenopausal and menopausal women to stay active. Sessions run every Monday led by a female trainer offering general fitness advice. Spaces are limited to 13 participants, and advance booking is required. Attendees must be gym members or pay per session, with a waiver needed before participation. TUESDAYS...

A great way for children to develop hand-eye coordination, build confidence, and have fun in a friendly environment.

WEDNESDAYS...

Start your day with a hot roll and a cuppa in good company! This social group is open to all and provides a welcoming space to meet new people or catch up with friends and family. Enjoy a bacon, sausage, or egg roll with a hot drink – a great way to socialise and connect.

A gentle, social walk through the local area, perfect for boosting both physical and mental well-being. Meet new people, enjoy the fresh air, and get moving at a relaxed pace. Remember to dress appropriately for the weather!

With a professional bike mechanic on site, learn more about your ride and build confidence in your cycling. Pre-booking required.

A social group for folks to get together and make a difference in their community. From planting
and growing to supporting the wildlife in the area. No experience required.

Open to all, children to accompanied by an adult

A fun and creative space where children can explore their imagination, build, and socialise with others who share a love of Lego.

AT THE WEEKEND...

A space for differnet activities to be enjoyed weekly. Lego, crafts and games, use your imagination to create and have fun! Toast, cereal and tea/coffee/ juice all
available for free too.

No pre- booking required – children must attend with parents

A social group for folks to get together and have fun. Free – exept for Bingo nights where 6 bingo books will cost £2.50. Donations are welcomed too.

Open to all, the group is fun, friendly, and inclusive, aimed at bringing people together through singing. No experience is necessary, only enthusiasm, and the choir is currently in its early stages of development.
