People in Perth looking for help with training, funding, career guidance or job opportunities are being invited to drop in to the latest Next Steps 4 All session at The Hub.
The monthly event brings together a range of organisations under one roof, making it easier for residents to access advice, explore opportunities and take practical steps towards employment or further learning.
Who you can meet
Visitors to the session will be able to speak directly with representatives from several support services, including:
- Letham4All, offering volunteering and ASDAN opportunities
- Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), sharing information on current vacancies
- Skills Development Scotland (SDS), providing careers advice
- Community Learning and Development, with details on ASDAN short courses, Basic Digital Skills and SQA qualifications in ITC, Maths and Communications
- Futures for Families
- Information on funded training opportunities
- Employment Support Team (HSCP), supporting employability transitions and supported employment
Organisers say the aim is simple: remove barriers and make support easy to access in one friendly, local setting.
