At The Hub, we offer a diverse range of health and wellbeing classes designed to suit all ages and fitness levels.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, have some family fun, or focus on your wellbeing, we’ve got something for you.

From safe and supportive sessions for mature movers to high-energy workouts like Boxercise and Kick Boxercise, our timetable is packed with activities to help you stay active and feel great. Families can join in the fun with Kids Hour and monthly Nerf Wars, while teens can channel their energy in dedicated classes like Teen Boxercise. For those seeking a balanced approach, our yoga, stretch, and core-focused classes are perfect for building strength and flexibility.

Monday

  • Mature Movers: 9:15–10:00am
    Safe exercise for those with long-term conditions (16+).
  • Teen Boxercise: 4:30–5:15pm
    Fun and engaging workout for ages 10–14.
  • Kick Boxercise: 5:30–6:30pm
    High-energy kickboxing-inspired fitness (16+).
  • Legs, Tums, and Bums: 6:45–7:30pm
    Targeted workout for lower body toning (16+).

 

Tuesday

  • Total Body Workout: 5:15–6:00pm
    Full-body workout with weights (16+).
  • Stretch & Strengthen: 6:15–7:00pm
    Resistance band-based total body workout (16+).
  • Boxercise: 7:15–8:15pm
    Boxing-inspired workout. Ages 14–15 welcome with an adult; 16+ otherwise.

 

Wednesday

  • Community Boccia: 3:00–3:45pm
    Fun and inclusive social activity.
  • Kids Hour: 4:00–5:00pm
    Playground games led by children for ages 5–11.
  • Circuits: 5:30–6:15pm
    A series of 8–10 total body exercises (16+).
  • Core: 6:20–7:05pm
    Focus on core stability and strength (16+).

 

Thursday

  • Yoga with Cathy: 6:00–7:00pm
    Relaxing and strengthening yoga session (16+).

 

Friday

  • Mature Movers: 1:00–1:45pm
    Safe exercise for those with long-term conditions (16+).
  • Total Body Workout: 2:00–2:45pm
    Full-body workout with weights (16+).

  • Nerf Wars:
    Family fun activity – great for all ages!
